Our Adoptees:
SSG Nate K.
SPC Steven W.
The 102nd Infantry was recently honored at the Hartford, CT, Armory on Sunday, August 5, 2007, after a successful tour in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom in 2006 and 2007. AaSP had the honor and privilege to support the 102nd Infantry during it's tour in Afghanistan. For pictures of the event, CLICK HERE.
AaSP had a special connection to one adoptee, SSG Nate K. We came to this connection through a good friend and colleague, who is a retired SFC in the same unit. These are his friends and men he served with. So these are our friends!
As for SPC Steven W., he also came through a special connection, our good friends at Fujifilm, and we are honored to have supported him as well.
The storied 102d Infantry Regiment has a proud heritage dating back to the revolutionary war and then CT Governor, Jonathon Trumbull, namesake of the city where about 70 AaSP members work.
