The Fraternal Order of Eagles (#2809, Gig Harbor) is a club that's dedicated to helping friends, the community, and in general anyone who has a need they can help with. Every year, they have elections for officers who, once they take over, choose their special projects. Generally, the club has been helping with the Mary Bridge Children's Hospital, the Diabetes Foundation and the Heart Fund. This year's Worthy President, Jason S., chose to devote his energies to supporting our troops in the spirit of giving back to them.
The club has approximately 1500 members in Gig Harbor and we are told that once they get their "troops" rallied, there's nothing that they can't do!
We're so grateful the Eagles have chosen to become our Special Friends to support America's finest!
