CT's 1109th AVCRAD, one of AaSP's adoptee units, was one of the teams supported by these generous people who packed food, personal care items, books, socks and other goodies for each and every soldier - 166 in all! The Impact!08 team at Raytheon Company led a tremendous event for New England soldiers on November 6, 2008. Packages for every single soldier in CT's 1109th AVCRAD were packed with love and sent to the Middle East. We thank all the wonderful folks at Raytheon, including our contact Angie C., for lifting the spirits of these brave men and women of the CT ARNG. It's especially meaningful for our soldiers to receive love from home. In this case, it was New England taking care of New England. Thank you Raytheon!
